A female athlete sits in split on top of a sculptural construction that are devided  in colourful segments. This photograph are inspired by Constructivism and the Bauhaus approach to and reflection on modern classical sculpture and abstract art.   In this work I wanted to explore the constuction of  sculpture in combination with a female body in a profound classical body positions. I was inspired by sport athletes and sculptures of the Olympic hero’s from the ancient Greek. At the same time I wanted to create a coactive meeting between form, colour, condition and posture  and reflect the human in an objectified state of mind. Reveal a scenario that explores the body occupied by the space physically and emotively.
